Taco night just got better and healthier with this easy Avocado Taco Cup recipe. This is the perfect dish for a busy weeknight and any taco Tuesday! They’re filled with ground turkey, spices, tomato sauce, and flavor. 

Personally,I love making this when I have friends in town. I tend to use lean ground turkey, but you can use ground chicken, beef, or any meat substitute that you choose.

To make this healthy recipe, you’ll need:

  • Ground Turkey
  • Avocados
  • Tomato Sauce
  • Cumin
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lettuce
  • Shredded cheese
  • Red onions
  • Chopped red peppers


Cooking Tip: Once you’ve sliced your avocados, place them upside down in a shallow bowl of olive oil to prevent them from browning.
